I seem to have taken an unwanted art break or something for some reason recently. I was pretty busy training and doing stuff for a 5k I partook in. I really need to finish the bunch of pieces I've started but left unfinished, but for the time being I have just messed around with markers and colored pencils as suggested by one of Tim's roommates, cloverkin.
Any feedback, ideas, tips, thoughts, comments, critiques, anything would be very much appreciated!
As you can see, I only have, like, three colors of markers, and that's why the marker color scheme is the same thought my stuff so far. I think I want to get a green and a good brown (the one I have doesn't have a brush tip, which I like). I also think a light blue would be good, and maybe a red or something. Purple would be good too, I think. Anyways, I had fun with these, and I'm still working out techniques and all that fun stuff. It's been fun trying traditional stuff and taking a step away from digital. I do plan on doing some portraits leaning towards the realism side of things soon, and of course, I need to finish the half-dozen pieces that are wip.
