Finished making the corrode mask. The white is the primary shader and the black is the secondary shader. I also finished figuring out the perfect math solution to add in what I will be calling "spill weathering" for the 1.0 release. There is already one kind of weathering in the system but spill weathering will be an alternative option for the mask nodes. I will have a picture showing the difference soon. A video will showcase it best.
