Hay all, I have been supper busy with things and didnt get much time with this character but i thought id show my progress from last week and tonight.
From my last post, I added some extra bits on the head and added a stand in rock for him to lean on, which i was struggling with.
I then got some help from a few friends, (@frikkr, @phoenix4690, @gutendog and a few others) to help me with my pose to see what i could not and I got the following results which im happy with.
I then messed with some zSketch and got the following...
Which I then masked the groups that you get from the conversion to a unified skin mesh and then masked it off and inclated then masked area to get the following affect.
I then started to use the clay build up and HPolish to get the rocky look you see below...
Finally tonight, I added the other side.
I dynameshed a sphere and shaped it into the mass around the body and then inserted a cylinder and cut out the inner section for the hollow affect.
I then Dynameshed it all together and added some rough details.
