Bring your wall texture in and you can see just how large a space it will take up by itself.
Now just build your wall using multiples of that measurement.
So if you bring the texture in and it is 3 units by 2 units and you need a 9 meter by 4 meter wall you would make a box 9 units by 4 units by however thick you want it to be. Now add in a loop cut at each point you need to angle the wall. Once you unwrap the wall your material should tile just fine using the mapping node.
From there you would want to even out the faces by adding in loop cuts to get all your topology looking clean before adding a Subsurface Smoothing modifier to increase the geometry. Now you can do some Dynamic Topology sculpting to it to get some nice worm edges.
Dynamic Topology will remove your UV mapping so be aware it will have to be reworked after.
