I'm pretty sure we went over this. You are using passive DisplayPort connectors. you will need to get another connector, as it will be the same issue as before. It doesn't matter what card it is, passive DisplayPort cables are only good for limited monitor setups. When using DisplayPort adapters for VGA connections, you NEED an active DisplayPort to do anything more than a single monitor setup (on the same card). I would suggest moving away from the display ports, and just get cables that are native to your monitor, rather it be VGA, DVI, or HDMI, and use the appropriate cables. For VGA, get a VGA-to-DVI connector:
If you are running two VGA monitors, then get yourself a new DisplayPort cable that is active. It will be noted "Active Adapter" when it is an active cable. If you have a monitor that can use a DVI cable, by all means, just get a DVI cable, and be done with it.
