I've got an older custom-build PC that is very slowly killing itself one part at a time.
It's an i5 on an Intel board with 8 GB of ram. Not bad, but not great.
It used to have an MSI 450GTS Cyclone, which was a decent card (at the time) for both rendering and gaming. I installed a tiny GeForce 730 (2GB edition), but have crashed the GPU countless times. Joy. I can't wait to swap that out someday.
Recently, the hard drive started going out, so I'm probably going to have to replace that very soon as well. I'm wondering if I might be better off starting with a totally fresh build.
Anyway, when I'm at work or letting the PC do it's thing, I've got a MacBook Pro to do a little modeling on (lack of CUDA on these things is frustrating).
